•  The high season includes the monthes of May, June, july and August, public holidays and weekend.. The low season comprises the rest of the year. All charges are included in the price. 
• Payment: the 1/2 at the booking ;and the balance 15 days prior the date of arrival . In case of late booking, payment upon arrival.
• A rental caution  of 250 euros is asked upon arrival and paid back upon departure.
• Cleaning  : 30 euros  if you don't wish to do it upon departure.
